one question tho, they said they where going to replace textures with higher resolution 32bit ones? these aren't high resolution by far, and since this is the tribes engine we're talking about, its not about an engine limit... clues anybody?
Also the allignment is terrible, a disgrase for mapbuilders all over the globe!
I like it, gives TH some personality, no longer looks so bland.
The apt's textures didn't change as far as I could tell and the outside still looks the same which makes zoning kind of weird.
There's still a few exploit spots on the turrets though but only FA/allied/neutral runners would find them as hostile runners would never get anywhere near them.
um excuse me if this sounds stupid but am Ghard and well me stupid and stuff fit together but
does it look to you like al they have done is remove our blue lighting i mean it prety much woulda masked most of the walls details any way cause it was so bright and blue
Yeah, they didn't put a lot of work into it imo they just changed a couple textures and they still haven't fixed the door in TH-1 at the top of the big ladder that leads outside. But they did change the elevator doors in TH-3 to the apt's so they don't look like MB doors anymore. Other than that they moved a few boxes around and changed the position of a few turrets.
