Will i have to download nc2 to play nc classic?
and also will i have to cancel my account to do the C2P thingy?

please tell im so confused :(

yep you have to cancel your account to as all new payment now goes to 10tacel by means of click2pay.

(btw... after you cancel your neocron 1 account on the old homepage - go to worldpays website and cancel it there to, it will speed up the proces to upgrade your account)

As for neocron classic... I have no freaking clue actualy, I think its the old neocron install with a new server ip that is yet to be released or something, if I had to give any advise... Wait till the info about that is out, or post the question on the official forums ;) (there's probably a few of them running already btw)
