First, what level of construct (after all implants, buffs, and factory bonuses) will I need with 110 Int, 127 Dex to cap the stats on all non-rares? For capping the stats on rare drones made from BPs? Is 87% the cap on a drone's stats? What level of cst with the above Int and Dex would be enough to build quality rares?

Now the droning questions. What level of Willpower and Remote Control would I need (after all implants) to cap the damage and aiming percentages on rare drones made from BPs? In other words it is more difficult to cap the damage and aim on a weapon that has 90% damage and handling than a weapon with 120% damage and handling, so what level of RCL and WPW will I need to cap the rare drones whose %s will be 87ish?

I have a Raptor, Particle Nemesis, Mosquito, and I'm a couple parts from making a Punisher, so if you happen to know the answer about any one of the above drones please post. :)

I'm asking because I'm not sure if I should lom out and go pistol or try to cap droning.

PS - I have 75 base implant so I can drug up and implant TL115 (using the SS cpu, glove, and the level 1 spy boost) and 100 base research, so is it even possible to cap the rare drones after spending so many points in implant and research?

i think with a factory level 3 cst bones and the 3 cst imps + ss and rest of your points into cst you would cap the drones.. don't know what skill you get then.. but i gues your around 120 base or so then.. and count buffs and factory ontop of that you would be aible to cap drones imho..

120 (base cst skill) + 50 (factory bonus) + 15 (cst 3 cpu) + 20 (level 3 cst booster) + 10 (SS cpu) + 15 (glove) = 230 construct or 205 construct if the factory is just a friendly op for a (+25 cst bonus)

In that case, I'm not going to try building rare drones from BPs. :)

I was hoping I would only need about 185 construct. :) 100 (base skill) + 10 (SS CPU) + 15 (Cst 3 CPU) + 10 (Cst 2 CPU) + 5 (Cst 1 CPU) + 15 (Cst glove) + 5 (Cst boost 1) + 25 (friendly factory bonus) = 185 construct.

How about just making regular rares?

The quality cap varies on the TL of the drone. 80% for a TL116 drone, and 87% for TL85 drone. I've heard a figure of 130CST caps all weapons (Except rares - stats are randon on rares)

The caps on drones are like pistols and rifles. 178% damage and 278% aiming. Yes it is harder to cap the damage on a rare version of a Particle Nemesis than a copy of it.

My advice, lom out pistol and go for capping the drones. Most of the drone implants give a weapon lore penalty, which will make you worse on Pistols.

You could allways just get one of the constructors around to build them for you. Get the bps and the parts and some grease and it shouldnt be a problem. I think brammers is pretty good at construction and Little Sister is pretty high. When I get my account back, My constructor is TL 220 unbuffed and not at a factory, and I'm always available to FA
