Ummm I think I may have been thick, help me out.

When I was last hunting fire mobs and the like I had loads of strange book drops. WHF do they do and what purpose do they serve.

I didn't keep hold of them and just dropped them on the ground (thinking they were wothless), I must have dropped like 4 or 5 at least.

Have I been a complete noob?

strange books are to start a run.. just like epics.. only at the end of the termi run you get parts / get a termi..

but.. they'v been saying that for the last 6 months.. and they can't get the strange book thing to work.. they drop to many.. it should be rare and it isn't.. thats why they are whiped over again and again.. so next time hold on to them.. but they get whiped yet again pretty sure..

their debating on putting the termi in as rare parts now.. or make another sort of run.. or just whipe the books and try again.

Meh, I still think the Termi's over rated - I've had one for about two months and, while the damage against mobs is pretty good (about 38x6 vs a Warbot Titan compared to about 70x3 on my PE) the PvP damage can be pretty low.. though I too had a Phosph modded Termi, so I'm really missing out on 15% extra damage.

I've walked up against one of them evil termi's with my mid level ppu, no idea what a capped ppu does with it but for my mid level the damage dealt was insane.

well i gonna fight gary with it.. gonna train myself to pvp in 3rd person. never done that.. but first person is totaly madness when you get hit alot.. the defelctor and shelter spam is massive when hit by a libby you can't see anything then.. or when you are on fire you can't see shit eighter.. and on mobs the fire stacking is working i heard some people say it was bugged.. but it seems to work..
