Seriously, that would be a great thing to have when it comes to retail RP in NC, especially to provide services to those in different time zones. However, I think that they should not be treated as complete replacements for the RPing sales reps (this would just kill the RP element altogether) but could be used with selling secondary, not-so-important items.

And how would you refill the damn things anyway? Kick a hatch open on cybernetic NPCs? Or unzip the damned organic NPCs?

sounds good if they keep it simple just to sell stuff for a fixed price then it would work to help rp sales

cause most ppl wana trade stuff for stuff so that side will still be fully player run

God that would be awesome for Phoenix. A nice addition to this though would be a digital version, post an item through a forum like interface and people can buy it and it will be pulled from your sales cabinet, and dumped in their gogo. This way individuals selling rares or other goodies wouldn't have to worry about maintaining a shopfront style NPC.
