I'll make a short addition to Syntax's post.
Remember that if you're a PE using Dex as your weapon skill (So not a heavy combat or melee), then utilise bones that will help you in area's aside from resist force/pierce. You can pretty much cap your resistforce with Str points alone, let alone what misc armour will give you. Save bones for giving other 'adds'. Gamma bones, for instance.
Although I will say work on your resists equally, this really is of no concequence until you have capped your con. Until then it would be wise to put points into a resist that will help with your levelling. IF you're going to fight warbots a lot while leveling, points in fire resist aren't going to help you.
Also, as a PE, you're not going to want to be a turret, like a Tank. You need to be able to move. Spies keep well out of the way to compensate for thier ability to die fast in combat, tanks are built for it, but PE's need to employ another tactic. Run circles around your opponent with plenty of AGL and ATH. Ideally you want them over 70-75. But anything less than 60 would not do you any favours.
