Phoenix Ltd are now offering shares in the company.

The share price will be calculated at the time of purchase and will be derived from the current Company Account.

There are currently 100 shares available for purchase.

This offer is not available to enemy factions.

The share price will be calculated from the Phoenix Ltd current Company Account.

The formula for the price is as follows.

(Company Account / 2) / 200 = Share Price.

So if our account is at 20,000,000nc then the share price will be 50,000nc

They can be sold back to Phoenix or sold to another allied/neutral runner. But you must inform me about such transferals so I can note it on our shareholder list.

Hmm ok.. and selling them back to phoenix or on to another runner.. how u calculate the price if i would say sell them back to phoenix..

and to another runner ? can i just sell them onwards on any price ?

i might invest some into phoenix. but i want to get things clear before i so.. i hope u understand..

more intrested in what to do with the shares, normaly it would mean you get a part of every months company income.

The share price at the time of any transaction should be calculated using that formula.

However, it seems Syntax is working a new company to accomodate the share system (sponsored by phoenix funds may I add *rolls eyes* )

But the value will be calculated using that formula.
