Most if not all religion as you say have been used as an excuse to exploit people all through out history. I agree with this.

It is impossible for me to answer your question with out engaging in the very activity which you state will cause you to consider my viewpoints to be null and void.

My original question was... by attacking people are you not doing the very thing with which you accuse others of.

I'm not upset. It would be an affront to that which I profess, if I were. However, I can not engage in this conversation under the conditions you have stated. It is simply impossible for one to answer a question concerning religion, when the questioner has already stated that such an answer is an "excuse to hide behind" their religion. It is like a Spanish Inquisitor trapping an accused "witch" in a series of contradictory questions in the effort to find any excuse to have them burned.

My beliefs are not logical nor are they defensible by logic. Face it, I have a belief system different form yours, I have not yet attacked your belief system and yet you find it necessary to call me into account on mine.

Though you hold different viewpoints I will not at any point allow myself to consider your right to a viewpoint on any issue to be "void". Now if you will extend the same respect to me, remains to be seen.

i called her viewpoint "void" because as a christian, the things she said. and did are not valid because as a chrisian the way she acted proves to me that she has a biast view. and that she would not have listened to a word i said.

Also my viewpoints on religion are strong.. very strong and i have reasons for it.. the question i asked. if answered yes would have been enough for me to mis-trust you. as the bible states that Gays are to be killed as are people who do not belive in the same god (commonly known as witches)

On that same principle it sounds like you have a biased view of
Christianity and are highly unlikely to listen to a word I say. Though I
am annoyed at being considered illegitimate, I will not hate you. You
can't judge wicca by the actions of just one person, can you?

I would warn you however, depending on the flavor of wicca you practice,
one belief that I remember quite clearly is the principle of threes. The
idea being that whatever you inflict on others, be it bad or good, will be
visited upon you threefold. If in fact you hold to this belief, then all
this hatred and anger you have for other people will, by this principle,
be brought back to haunt you continually.
