Also I can turn up the voice codec on the Phoenix vent server so you get a better quality sound.

What i'll want from you is thaty ou record a reading of your lines with a 3 second spacing between the conversations and convert it to an mp3 file.

Then i'll turn it back into wav and cut and paste the thing into adobe premiere.

Adobe Audition 1.5 - Good recording software (I use it all the time. There is no limitations to it, bar being able to use the program lt'self )

It's actualy a kind of comedy, and the role of brammers is a kind of supersmart nerd with a brittish accent, which i think he has.
Your role is more of a total junkie.

It's possible i'll get that crazy voicedude to do another major character though.

Last night i got things ready (sets etc) to record part1.

All i'll need now is two ncpd pa wearing runners, a bumcloted pe and brammers-cmaster or lookalikes.

Eh, I can run around for you on whatever character you want if you like. Seeing as none wear PA, I'd guess there aren't that many lookalikes. No CA chars though, sorry.
