Annoucement forum is read by all, so is New runners Corner and Player guides.

You need to be paying to post in the first and can post in the other two with just having an account.

oh cool i can see the announcements now, i know me and a lot fo other people were pretty annoyed and emailed KK about not being able to see it after 2.1 was released
