Terra ROLLBACK

Last night the server Terra was affected by database problems that were fixed, but left some data damaged. Unfortunately this means that the data has to be rolled back to the state of Monday January 9, 5 PM CET (GMT+1). Terra will be down from 4.15 to 4.30 PM to perform this rollback.
We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

We lost 4 cabs of rares, and all KK can say to us is that it was one of the exiles. Sorry, I don't understand how someone can use an expired account...

no offence but why did people carry on playing when there were the issues? I mean how many rollbacks do people have to go through before they realise "oh theres a server problem, well if I log off now, Im not likely to loose anything in the rollback thats going to happen tomorrow..."

Plain ludicrous to carry on to be honest - people who played on a borked server should have known things where going to be lost.

What I can't fathom is where these cabs of rares have gone...

Phayse account expired on christmas eve. As it was due to expire, I gave the key to our rares appt to Anubis. I never used the account over christmas, it's a time for family and friends. not games

The apartment was complete on the day My account expired. Now, I returned on the evening of the issues. I logged onto Phyre, but did not stay on for long, once I found the issues where most probably going to lead to a rollback.

When I got the key back from anubis. The rares apartment was registered under Phayse still. Which means No other character had access to it over my away period, and no one could use my account as it was expired.

By all bounds of common sense... the cabs should still be there... No one at KK knows why they aren't, and no one in clan knows they can't. One of the GMs suggested thievery, but again, that would be impossible as the account has been expired. the rollback should have taken it to the 9th. On the 9th those cabs were there...

The mind boggles.

Also - cheers to brammers for pointing out the THN Rarepool editor service, I'd completely forgotten about it.
