I think the best time to join the clan is when you are a noob. You would have your clan memebers to answer any questions you may need, and also with the LE chip out it would be easier to find some to heal you while you lvl. And think of being PKed as free con xp.. atleast until your con is capped.

soullight never meant anything.. it was always on this basis

1. is it going to be a good fight
2. are they going to run away and come back with 3 apus and 4 ppus?

Soullight is, right now regaining sl is rather slow, running the missions sucks and when you get below 90fs with your missionfaction you're screwed for a bit.

1. When it's going to be a good fight it's usualy people i've come to know an respect and we end up chatting away instead of killing each other lol.
2. That's why you kill, hack the belt and move on. They ALLWAYS come back with ppus and apus.
3. Yes, get a second account and pc and research tl150's while you are doing it.
