A good chunk of us are looking forward to our third meet-up and drinking session this year, in December (date right now is tentativey set at the 8th December, a Saturday).

We're not going to have it in any silly locations like Lancaster or Chichester this time, we're going to be nice and central - Loughborough or Nottingham seem likely candidates. It's NOT an eXL thing, other chaps have agreed to some along too - so no need to worry about being out with just a bunch of wankers you don't know

So far, about 9 or 10 people have confirmed including our host, Mr Brammers - who I owe a drink or two, we may get a song We're expecting around roughly 15-20 people, and that's at this moment. It could be a great laugh if we get 30 or so.

Anyhow, back to my work. I miss NC

- and I'm not gettinv caught in the crossfire between TFC and Phoenix drinking games, should they happen. I'm a lightweight nowadays...

Hehe, don't worry - here on the forum you're the host I mean

Nottingham, too - simply because if a largish number turn up, it'll be easier to get accommodation. Loughborough didn't seem to have much in the way of travel lodges, etc. I don't know either place, but when I was looking for places to stop over in Loughborough I kept getting redirected to Nottingham - it's only 10 miles North or so anyhow.

Nottingham sounds promising...
