trying to get my password sorted out so i can play on the test server been waiting 36 hours without a single reply grrrrr bloody email support is crap and they cant even say they are busy as for noone plays the god damn game anymore!!!
I wanna play the test server!!!!

oh yeah got a ticket number back but its stupid eve online reply quickly even god damn steam replies quicker and they cover a hell of a lot of games! whats wrong with using something like live help???

To be fair I've had a good experience with Reakktor Email Support. I emailed them, got a reply back in an hour. I then sent another 15 emails, getting a reply back within 3 hours maximum for each, before they told me they couldn't help me until my account was no longer a trial account
