Religious Cult forming in TechHaven?

The residents of TechHaven, historically known for objectivity in science, seem to be on the verge of forming a religious cult. The purpose of this cult seems to be to worship a flaming skull that calls himself "The Guardian of TH", who has shown up by twice over the last few weeks by the H.E.W in Tech Haven Sector 2. Followers of the cult seem to sacrifice themselves to summon this supernatural being. "Highpriest" Sanitylost has so not yet been available for a Neocronicle interview, but promised us an statement. The skull seems to be in possession of a vast array of unexplained powers, for example did he make some "non-believers" disappear as they interrupted his latest appearance, and killed others that continued causing trouble. Is this so called guardian really a god as he is believed to be by the cultists? Theories about the use of a holo-projector that created the images of the flaming skull are still being investigated.
A mad scientist, expert on holo technology, that was dispelled from the Fallen Angels threatened to bring down Tech Haven a while ago. He might be using his technological advancements to tear the Fallen Angels apart. Getting them to form a cult and kill one another sure sounds like a mad plan but this does not explain the supernatural powers that the skull has shown? If the skulls sticks to his pattern, he will appear again on Sunday night, we will keep you informed about this weird case.

Fallen Angels: Mysterious events in Tech Haven cause disquiet among the runners. Eye-witnesses report a flaming skull that occasionally appears in Sector 2 that calls itself "The Guardian". Several Angels have already gathered in a cult to worship the skull. After Trillian seemed to have won the council elections by a narrow margin, a computer-bug caused a premature reevaluation of the elective situation. The current council is led by Technocrat with Brammers as Vice Chairman. Whether the Council will be legitimated in this composition is still open.
