Fallen Angels: Recently held council elections confirmed Trillian as Faction Chairwoman. Her Vice Chairmen are Brammers, [TgR]Killer and Simon Archeus. Council Member Technocrat completes the quintet that will represent the interests of Tech Haven in the next legislative period.

Out of curiosity how is the council decided?

Does whoever becomes Chair decide who gets on the council? As i guess its not done by votes.

Does whoever becomes Chair decide who gets on the council?


It is based on the voting system. Higest gets the top job, next 3 highest get the next then the forth down get the last lot.

^ By that system then Technocrat should have been a Vice Chairman surely?
Because he was second in the votes according to the City Com

The vote system is for the next election not who is currently in. Previous election I had 9 votes (We canvessed for them, we haven't now and the clan has moved its votes to someone else, hence Simons votes are like a british entry to the eurovision song contest).

there seems to be one more thing, in the past there have been people with only about 2/3 votes who where the second highest voted dude, however the system at the time only appointed a chairman and did not give out any council deals... seems to me that there is some calculation done on how large a council can be depending on the amount of votes casted in total to everyone.

I thought Lupus said at the Faction Meeting that anyone with 5 votes gets on the council.
