Brand new to Neocron. How do I play?

Well I lied a little I played this game when it fist came out years and years ago, unfortunately for me and our new super powerful 56.k modem made it impossible for me to make progress.

Anyway background info over I would like to come back and have some questions.

1) Where can I download the client from? I've tried many a link over at the Neocron website but they all seem dead.

2) Once downloaded and installed do I still have to use that 3rd party Click2Play or Pay2Play (sorry I can't remember the name)

If you could link me to somewhere which shows me how to get in game step by step that would be great.
