Please, help to create account in Neocron!

Hello,
I have a really problem. Click2Pay don't create a new accounts (I don't know why) and I'm not see any else way.

May be, someone can help me to create account and send login&password on e-mail? Some of my friends begin playing in Neocron a few days ago, because some from russian community helps them. Ofcourse I have submit them such request, but their reply to me was: "Hey, your nickname is shit! Go out and kill yourself!"

Perhaps, somebody from this community could help me?

P.S. - sorry for my low-level English.

I had an error with Click2Pay aswell, but you can do it by PayByCash which allows PayPal and stuff so if you want to play the game as far as I know that's the only way to do it.
