Hi hi hi!! Miss me Brammers?

Been trying to recreate an account on Neocron for ages but the damn thing refuses to send out an email with my account details for the forum and the installer I downloaded from one of the mirror links is gimped with all the pak files missing.

What the hell do you need to do to play this game these days?!

Also, apparently my old character is still on the database, any ideas if I'll ever be able to retrieve him? I don't hold out any hope of actual in-game support!

I think I went onto NC 2.2, I remember the new character models they brought in. Though as I've not logged on since, ooooo... 2003/2004 I think it's pretty safe to say it's probably dead. I was more after the actual Forum login.

Any idea where I can download a non-f**ked version of the game?

Also I thought it had gone F2P in that they weren't charging anymore. I see that it's not quite as cut and dried as that?

If I get the game up and running I'm on a ten day trial and then I subscribe?

Send a mail to account@neocron.com or whatever it is, the lovely Danae is still working on that side of things and she should be able to get you sorted out and also tell you whether your old characters are still there. She helped me get everything set up again

If you ever had an NC2 account, you should be able to go log in and play it now. (2.2 was 2007 - 2.0 was 2004)
