hi all ,last night i downloaded the free trial for neocron.

Now my problem is that i cant log in to neocron, but i was charged already 20 euro for the game ?

I thought a free trial is free till it runs out and if u don't cancel before then u get charged ?
(specially if the download link has in caps written "DIRECT ACCESS"on top)

What i did is try to pay with paypal it was rejected then i did a pay by cash since i diden wana have a another account with click to pay.

it would not be all so bad but the 10 day free trial was only shown as a 7 days free trial and after reading my email from the pay by cash service it tells me it can take up to 7 days to process my payment :(

if any one had similar problems can u please raise my hopes so i feel not totally screwed please

What is the error you get when you try to log in?

i did not even get a chance to make a password.
I think i have a log in name but like i say the email told me to wait up to 7 days for a responds before i can do any thing else and in the mean time my free trial is ticking a way :(

just sad i wanted to play so bad over the holidays and i am pretty sure i will stick around with neocron for some time but i hate falls advertisement.

guess over paypal it would went smother but it don't work and i hear to much bad thinks about the other option except pay by cash

i just have tried to make a new member singe up for the forum at neocron and it don't work too :(

i have entered my email and a password but when it comes to making a new Post it tells me all the time i don't have the privilege.

if I would just like to read over there then I would not need to register right??

letz see were the story will go from here :( at this point i think i pay 23 € never get to log in and dont even get to post on the forum at neocron 2.2

I'm afraid the THN isn't a official suport site for Neocron for account problems. I'll repeat advice that gets given out on the official forums and that is to contact accounts@neocron.com with your issues.

under the nice video it tells me

first u need to ether register to CLICK2PAY or do PAY BY CASH ...........

PAYPAL don't work at all

and if u use PAY BY CASH u get to wait for a long long time till u get to play

i am still waiting (not sure but i think i already got charged for the download game 23€ )
