Seeking PE Setup for NC 2.2

Hello i am looking for a NC PE setup for a Pistol PE using lowtech weapons only so liberator and the weapon i want Ionic Shotgun.

I am trying to get 96 dex to use the ionic Shotgun Pistol but am having trouble.

this is my setup so far i have been using NSkill 2.2 to try and build my setup any help will be greatly apreciated. also what should a PE spec in PSI now days? since all the spells have changed.

Terrible setup.. actually made my eyes hurt to look at it

1st: WAY TOO SLOW!!!
2nd: Dont need THAT much PC...
3rd: Go for 75HLT - ALWAYS (use paratemol x-forte for it)! you want to use the heal tool, trust me..
4th: More force than pierce?! nononono..
5th: Not enough energy resist
6th: DRUUUUGS, YOU DONT USE ANY DRUUUUUGSSSSssss?!?!?!?!?!


As you setup is there, you would prob die from one Dissy burst or 2 CS bursts... Not really viable
And about the drugs.. you really should use em.. At least a paratemol x-forte and a redflash have never hurt anyone either.. I use both of these drugs on all my chars exept for my ppu ofc hehe.

Just made this.. note that i made it really fast, so it can prob be quite alot better...
noPA is because its sexy, fast and hard to hit btw..
