is there any log files i can look at or could perhaps pass on to support?

There's a logs folder in your Neocron 2 installation folder containing a number of plain text files that might help diagnose a problem. Easiest thing to do is to zip the whole folder up and send it to helpdesk@neocron.com. Clearly state your ticket number so they can associate it with your open call.

okay im back rested and refreshed,account support told me to cancel the paypal sub and try again in 24-48 hours and they said "I apologise sincerely for the inconvenience."

and I will do just that...

in the mean time i guess i can load up on herb,munchies,beer and cigs for the days ill be stuck to the computer once i get to play.

lol I have an inbox full of emails of my conversation with them,it's click2pays fault,its paypals fault,its the popes fault,but gee golly no its not their fault.
