oh yes it is true with some help from L Vorenus we have found the big yellow ball for the first time i would like to thank all that told me about it and made me go hunting for it here is a pic to prove it to all thanks

Psychological Interceptor??? this is the first time i have heard of it what is it ? and where would i find it

Here are some clues.

Its inside a building below ground and its a huge machine that goes from floor to the roof of the room. To get there you don't need any tools you just have to find it. I accidentally found it already when playing NC1 and I checked today that its still there.

Its not in or even near Neocron.

i will not give anyone the location of it took me forever to find but it can be done so if you want to find it do it lol
