Could someone advice or even show me the ropes how, where and what to kill to get MC5 tech parts.

Kill and loot the Area MC5 Base Commander in the H14-Command-Unit.
Either be a droner or a tank with a PPU (although it is possible, albeit slow with other PPUed classes).
Remember to fully loot (IE empty) the commander so that he respawns on zone reset.

Ok, have to find the H14 Command unit. Ive found some guards around the area that seem very tough, do they drop anything worth?
Found also many small "rooms" with 3-4 guards, do they have anything worth?

They may drop the occasional tech part but its the main room ya want. Its directly next to the zone reset point, which is handy if you accidentally crash while zoing into h14
