Ok do we need any more forums?

Or any other mod/changes - it's a phpBB forum http://www.phpbb.com/ so if anyone sees a plugin they want let me know.

I got loads of plugins and a brand new animated smiley set you might like, I installed them all in our old forum so I'm not exactly sure what the hell I put in, I'll have a look later =)

list of the smiley's: http://members.lycos.nl/gibrippersclan/ ... de=smilies

I had alot of work on them cause origionaly they wheren't fully transparent therefore making them look terrible at our own custom skin, also I made some myself or edited them or added animation, if you like em gimme a call :) there very easy to install with these bbforums :)

Ow another thing, there are some problems with avatar uploading permisions, this is not a forum bug but rather a setting in your or the php server.
This means uploading avatars results in failure but the forum itself is updated on using that now not existing avatar.

Might I suggest using remote avatars instead? saves you bandwith, changing of settings and therefore also avoids a security risk in your or the webserver.

you van find it under general admin -> configuration -> Enable remote avatars
This offcourse in the admininstration panel =)

Ok I've fixed the directory permission so the webserver can save avators - if it fails let me know. I'm not too bothered about the bandwidth, we have plenty! :)

Or if you like you can remote link the avator.....that reminds me I must design my avator..... Long overdue.
