New Neocron Skiller. New Function..Help Wanted

I am making a new Skiller but with a new function that other skillers don't have. If you want to help with the Gui design or help in other ways, Pm me.

I think it would be much more helpfull for the players and easier to accomplish if you cooperate with the existing Skill-Programs.

Try to contact StevenJ.

The formulars can be quite some complex to discover, and why invent the wheel twice?
