WOC PA where .. how... what...?

Does anyone know how to get WOC pa's for spy, pe, tank, ppu , apu. is there a quest and where does it start... how do i get them

Once you have WoC in Dex / Str / Psi, get a PA3, 2M credits, and visit the WoC PA guy in the Ceres Temple

pa3 is the req 115 one right?

PA3 is TL110 (aside from PEs... and I have never had a PE - are they TL100 or 95 or something?)

o0o that measn that the 115 is pa 4 last i rem pa 4 wa like tl 125 or so well that was a long time agaio. man im out the loop. last question is the woc PA better then pa 4 thats what im using on my ppu.

Yea PA4 is now tl 115, and PA3 is only tl 110..
WoC PA1 is tl 110 and WoC3 PA is tl 115

If PA4 is better that woc PA for PPUs, kinda depends on setup.. Like everything else heh..
Usually i would say PA4 > woc1 PA though
