Here is one possible setup usable for apu and ppu

APU/PPU setups are very easy :

psi:
APU/PPU 135 base (180ish total)
FOCUSING 90 base (140ish total)
PPW 30-50 base (70ish total)

int:
115 hack or poke (or both)
150 psi use (100 if u took hack+poke)

(psi use only effects mana now, and with lower freqs, u dont need much mana 300+ is ok, so all monks can poke/hack easily now)

str:
10 transport
0 force (u will get 18 from bones)
60 pierce (pierce >>>>>>>. importent then force)

dex:
all in agility ......mayeb a bit of veh for quad/reveler
(42 veh for reveller if u use that)

APU con: (base figs)
25 ath
50 hlt
50 fire
50 energy
25 xray
25 poison

PPU con: (base figs)
50 ath
50 hlt
50 fire
25 energy
25 xray
25 poison

IMPS: Ds(exp 3 if no ds) / apu or ppu Psi Core/ (attack/defense) 3,2
PSI Eye 3 (new from crahn fsm)
CAG 3 psi glove
STR heart 2
Dex/reflex booster

(current psi cores changed into apu versions)
***************************************
here is the other:
this is a non PA setup

INT all in PSU

STR
Transport 22
Resist pierce 45
Resist force 30

CON
Athletics 59
Health 50
Resist Xray 22
Resist Fire 55
Resist poison 3
resist energy 25 ( check on that, armor may give u enough without points here)

DEX
Agility 102

PSI
PPU 156
FCS 74
rest in PPW

Imps DS PPU Core Defensive 2 + 3 Filterheart 2 Psi eye 3 Cag 3 glove Reflex booster 1

Armor : Blessed spirit + Necklace + Chrysotil "underwear" instead of PA

Hope those will help u a bit

Why would a PvP apu need more than 103 PSI? (fire Apoc) Id say use resist chips/run speed and nvm the cookie cutters.

...Posion is the second most important damage type in Con. This was a setup that Lifewaster did at the very beginning of 2.2. I still see no valid PvP apu's tbh.

Yes but holy pest isn't a beam, as such isn't really important for any pvp apart from op wars... and if you can use the additional implant slots for getting significantly more damage out of Fire Apoc then that makes up for it

To clarify, one of the setups I posted is from Lifewaster correct.
The other is from Verlust
My apologies to both of them that I forgot to post the authors names

I have great apu and ppu setups... but only because i spent literally weeks working them out to take as little damage as possible...

Then realized you might as well burn the APU at the stake.

If you must play an apu, play a hyb. Just because nobody else does.
