I am looking for information on hacknet I've searched forums and generally come up blank can anyone help me with the following?

How and where do I get:

Codefragments 1-9 (don't think there is a 10).
Rare Codefragements 1-9 (don't think there is a 10).
Phoenix Software.
Ionic Weapons?

From what I have read it should be like this:

Low - high level mobs for codefragments.
TechHaven bridgelink mobs for Rare Codefragments.
Pheonix CPU for ion charger
Pheonix database + Codebreaker spine Mk 7 for pheonix software.

However I have only ever managed to loot two mobs, others are unlootable or drop off the edge.
I have been told Ionic weapons are now a quest, can anyone confirm? and tell me where the npc is?

There is no quest for them, you simply collect the rare code fragments and recycle a blueprint from them. To build them you need 6 weapon part 10's and an ION Core obtained from killing and looting the Phoenix mob inside Heacknet.

Actually, Faid, it is called an Ion Charger Cell which u get from the Phoenix CPU in Techhaven Bridgelink

Yes Abeyance, the runner Zheodaine is in TS
Owner of the Club Maidens Kiss in TH

However he has a runner in clan DoY and joined there long before he made his TS roleplay Clan
