[Repair Scammers] - Acquiesce

this guys an le'd rep scammer, lost a 2 slot Healing light, all arti stats to him, heard on help afterwards that people have lost all sorts of weapons to him, theres at least 5 cases, so be careful dont pass your weapons to ANYONE you dont trust. There seems to be a massive increase in rep scams since 2.2 came out.

yeah.. i gave him my 2 slot creed + some armor things.
he logged out but a lil later he joined the game again and gave me all the things back. he told me that he wanted to "fuck me all up"
i think hes a guy from terraists (even he havent got the clantag)...

herrad, arent u the guy i warned ingame about acquiesce being a scammer?
i warned someone yesterday (think it was you). that person thanked me for the info and like 10 minutes later i got a message. something like "you were right, he ran off with my HL"
if it wasnt you then it was someone else who was really really dumb for using acquiesce for repairs after getting a warning that he was a scammer. and maybe that person deserved to be scammed then ...

It wouldn't of got banned for 'scamming' unless you exploited the game mechanics, like bug trade or whatever i dunno
but scammign is just another form of PvP.

There are "certain" clans with members you cannot trust. Learn what clans recruit honest runners and top handing your shit to people you dont know. As stated, it's part of the system of things so start learning it.

I've come across people scamming me for techs/parts/etc including researchers and constructors from Pro City factions. Can't remember any names but this is the reason why I now have a researcher. If anybody needs any researching done by a TRUSTWORTHY researcher (Phoenix Member) let me know
