You guys really need to explain , or at leaast apologies, and punish the GM that spawned this item -

an item that is not in the game AT ALL.

This is by far, proof of corrupt GM's -

also what GM's have spawn powers? I thought it was limited greatly

Also, It's not proof that there is a corrupt GM. It's possible the player could had hacked the game to get that item. Or it's possible the item may come from Pandore, I can think of one player who quite legitimately had a holo PA transfered over that made him look like a hooker.

Keep an open mind on these things.

However all items are RP items regardless of what they do or what they're for. On Pandore this item may have been spawned as a great honour to a member of the Crahn Sect, there were a few Daggers of Crahn knocking about when i played Pandore (The CS faction reward) which were handed out by the faction councillor of the time for players achieving great things or completing difficult tasks, not necessarily gaining 3 faction medals either.

The obvious thing to do is to just report the users to exploits@neocron.com with some screenshots... which do exist since somone posted some on the official forums.....

I don't see why everyone is whining when an answer has been given - report them and they can have it taken off them and banned or something like that

As for a 120/120/120/120 build I know it is posible, I have done it on Tricia before, and I saw FN do it once on his cster in NC1. It is posible to build something that nice, just not likely.

When ever something that is not "every day" happens in nc people scream CORRUPT GM! CORRUPT GM!! It makes me sick. The player base SO likes to jump to conclusions, and they like it nothing better when a GM gets in trouble.. and it doesnt matter if the GM actually did anything "wrong". It is a wonder that they can find people who are willing to do that thankless job anymore. No wonder they are short handed.

Pandore - possibly, but the person who raised this on the offical forums was an ex-pandore player so you'd think he may have known.
NC1 Transfer - Its very, very unlikley to build a weapon like that. Especially at such a relatlivley high TL. Then to have never used it but be using first day of NC2... and ALSO for the transfer mechanism to have broken and let a removed item through rather than Milky Renned it. I'd say its unlikley it was an NC1 item.
The most likley explanation in this case is that its a GM spawning things that they aren't meant to.
There are other possibilites, however.
It could be a databased fuckup. Such things happen, altough I've never heard of supposedly removed items turning up that way.
It could be a hack I suppose, but I'd far, far rather it was a corrupt GM than that. If NC2 is that badly hackable, it may as well just be allowed to hack the game.

So I still hold that the most likely explanation is a GM being naught. And please, note that I don't normally make any accusations of the kind. I also hope we don't see everybody braying for KK to "toss us a head". Let them take action as needed - it could even be this item was given out months ago, by some GM who has long since quit/dissapeared. As Trill says, the GMs work for the best of the players with little thanks - they don't deserve to be hounded even more for this. Perhaps (depends on what happened, and its unlikley KK will ever tell us) its a cause for procedures to be changed.

And therefore quite feasable that this could be an NC1 item, weirder things have happened in database transfers, also although the odds are definitely against the builder the parts could have been in a transfer as although they were 'removed' they are more than likley still in the game as the Tiki quest used to hand out 'removed' dev parts.

I still don't see what the fuss is about, aslong as he's reported and something is done at the KK end thats fine by me but it's up to the community to point these things out since not everyone can be policed 100% of the time, especially with seemingly low GM numbers.
