Server Populations

Hi Guys,
I played through beta 4, NC1, and stopped playing NC2 in January this year after I got very busy at work. I was wondering what the server population is like these days, and I know you must hear this question a zillion times but whenever I read a string about it there is never any numbers, like, 5 people hanging in TH, always is someone poking, cave teams going constantly, ect. Just curious if I reinstate my account if there will actually be enough people there to make it fun. I am thinking if I do come back I'll make a PE so I can pretty much solo the whole game during low server population hours, even though I never really liked the PE much.
Thanks for the reply.

Hi Dave!
I got no numbers for you either but just wanted to tell you that there's more nightelves in Ironforge than there's people in Neocron. But.. there's always a but(t). I returned to NC2 last week and I've already spoken to - at least - a dozen guys I remembered from last year when I still lived in NC. The community is still intact, it even has new players (guess the "no-more-elves" campaign worked) even if you dont see many wherever you go, you have to look in either TH, MB bunker or the caves.
I'd say, come back for at least a month and see for yourself. Or are you afraid you won't be able to quit again? I know I am - rerolled a PE yesterday

I noticed a guy is selling an account that's good for a couple of months, I'm going to try to snag it and get in-game for a bit to check it out. Where's the best place to download the client these days?

By comming back to NC, you arn't stating you are the biggest FPS guru, you arn't the one who dies for the large server count, or the constant flaming and immaturity.
You left the game back in January, and I left in late December of 2004. I came back a few nights ago on a friends account and the game was pretty much the same. The server count was less then the past but, it was still not much of a decline.
Same game in 2002, same game in 2006, just a ton of readjustments to previous mistakes, still, better then Night Elfs, Space combat, and Asian MMO's.

Well I won the auction for the acct. Maybe I'll get a chance to get back in-game and check it out for myself. Can't hurt having another veteran player around to increase the numbers I'm sure.

Guess I won't be joining you because of greed over a few measly dollars. You guys have enough vets still playing anyway. Later and cheers.

Thank you for taking the time to write to eBay's Safe Harbor department.
