According to KK-Chenoa (and yes I had her check ingame on my medals), the lvl 1 medal has a yellow and white ribbon
the lvl 2 a green and white ribbon
and the lvl 3 a red and white ribbon

Also lvl 1 looks silver colored whereas lvl 3 looks gold colored
since I have never seen a lvl 2, I dont know that color.

I was after the name of the 3rd level medal not the colours!

I've got 2 Free Thinker medals, (One rewarded to Brammers, and another rewarded to Sedna) and the Tech something, rewarded to Brammers.

"Tech Guru", second is "Tech Wiz"

Ingame medal levels 1, 2 and 3 are coloured bronze silver and gold

Free Thinker = Bronze
Tech Whiz = Silver
Tech Guru = Gold

If you have level 3 how have you never seen a level 2, you need to gain them in order or so i thought :S

When they "fixed" the medal place/recover bug, various medals became level 3 (my level 1 NEXT came down from the wall as level 3 CA). Perhaps thats what happened.

Also the medals have TL's
Free Thinker - TL50 - Green and White ribbon
Tech Wiz - TL100 - Yellow and White ribbon

So Tech Guru is TL150 then?

Whats the FA faction reward thingy ?

Not quite. TL50, 150 and 250, respective.

Not quite. TL50, 150 and 250, respective.

Don't think any of the faction rewards, I know someone who got the CA reward, a Law Protector. There wasn't anything overpowered about it.
