As I said Chenoa looked at them and told me what they are.

So you are basically saying the Free thinker is a level 3 medal that right?

According to KK-Chenoa (and yes I had her check ingame on my medals), the lvl 1 medal has a yellow and white ribbon
the lvl 2 a green and white ribbon
and the lvl 3 a red and white ribbon

Also lvl 1 looks silver colored whereas lvl 3 looks gold colored
since I have never seen a lvl 2, I dont know that color.

Right look at this page http://www.votr-mag.com/?page_id=164 - at the FA Section. Xuwin Xerox has 3 medals - left to right, starting at 1 and counting to 3.

Level 1 - Free Thinker - Bronze medal with Green Ribbon - You say level 1 has a yellow and white ribbon.
Level 2 - Tech Wiz - Silver medal with Yellow Ribbon - you say level 2 has a green ribbon
Level 3 - Tech Guru - Gold Medal with Red Ribbon

So explain to me why Jason Vorhees Hipoicebone, Xanic Van Xun, Uhu tze sun, Powerpunsh, Zeltarg etc all each have Level 1 Bronze medals with green ribbons.

Even when going on what was said by you and your claim you had a "Free thinker level 3 medal", the Free Thinker is not Gold and it doesn't have a red ribbon.

In other words I'm saying you have the level 1 and level 2, you don't have the level 3.

Level 3 - Tech Guru

That's the medals for FA, if you have all three you need to get the VOTR list updated Ressi as you're currently listed as only recieveing Free Thinker and Tech Wiz (Source: http://www.votr-mag.com/?page_id=164).

Maybe that what you think is the golden colored lvl 3 is the bronze colored lvl1 medal and what you think is the lvl 1 silver colored is the lvl 2 Silver colored ... and the one you are missing is the actually golden looking lvl 3 medal?

it would atleast explain why the lvl 3 is missing on the votr because you dont have it?! just guessing

afaik ressi already told us that Barter Kitty got the lvl 3 medal

so its true that ressi blade got 1+2
Little Sister got lvl 1
and barter kitty got lvl 3 (but is still not listed)

Not going to argue with what happened, but AFAIK each character hsa to work their way through the medals.

It doesn't make any sense why a runner/character (In this case Barter Kitty) would get a level 3 before 1 and 2 and also for another runner (In this case Ressi Blade) to claim she has level 3, which has been stated no end of times in Ressi Blades signature in game.

And since Ressi said (As a player) she doesn't have the Barter Kitty character the level 3 medal belongs to the new character owner (In this case someone other than Ressi as a player) it's clear that Ressi (As a player) does not have the level 3 medal.

To clear the situation about the look of the medals :


(left : Lvl 1 = bronze, middle: lvl 2 = silver, right, lvl 3 = gold)

If you find mistakes in the medal lists of the Neocronicle & VotR , feel free to drop me a mail to chenoa@reakktor.com (subject: medallist) so i will check this out and change it.
(best : with location of the medals & charactername / server , so i can check it out ingame directly)

Probably related to the fix for the bug involving placement and removal.
When they patched in the fix, my NEXT level 1 medal became the City Admin level 3. Try taking your down - bet they aren't what you were actually awarded in the first place.

Check the colours with the medals on the VotR link http://www.votr-mag.com/?page_id=164

Swap third for first and your list adds up with whats on the VoTR mag.

well if you not have 1 and 2 on that char ressi, then it was a mistake that you got it.

Guess the same things applies if you got levels 2 and 3, but not 1?

My TH app did that on Pantho'

Everytime i remove a item it becomes a cactus.... Its been solved now, but safe to say i have a cab or 2 of Cacti......
