A walk into pepper park

I was about to enter the twister club, when 5 thugs Jumped, me and robbed me for all my credits!
It was a goodthing I was able to take a picture of them , right before they attacked.... this is what they look like!
Please help me find these evil men ....er things?
Well what ever they are the NCPD, even said they have never heard of anything like this before!
What a horrable way to start off a weekend!

A week after this happend the police Informed me of these people were apart of a larger group, know as the Black Dragon Fuzzyz here is there leader : Osama bert Lama
