Some1 deletes my char on Mars... By msitake (Not me ill add)

So i E-Mail KK Asking for it back..

The send one back saying im trying to SCAM them and banned both of my accoutns for 7 days.... They said that i deleted the char myself, and because id made another char and started playing it, i was trying to rip them off..

The ONLY reason i made another one if because i didnt think they would replace my previous char.... They never have done before. I only played the new char for 20 mins lol.

Why would i make a new char if i was trying to SCAM an old char back?

Cant whine on NC forums ,So ill whine here, And fuck me this is funny -

If you kick up enough fuss in the community (or threaten legal action), KK usually respond in a manner akin to standard customer service.

i got banned for swearing at a gm when all 4 of my chars on terra got deleated they said it was me but i swear to this day i did not deleat them but kk didnt give a flying fuck

The whole thing with so called hacked accounts and deleted caracters is fucked up.
There's no guidelines they follow.
For intstance on terra you'll never get your chars restored, but last night i saw raptqr on mars, with his pe restored.
He only got the char back, not what it had on him, but hey... at least he got his woc spy back

Since the beginning on NC1 German GMs have always shown favouritism towards their own (hell, German clans on Uranus had gaya gloves in NC1).

A prime example was when Smurf got banned after killing an entire clan. Now, i was witness to this, and the evidence the clan used against Smurf was the picture of someone inside the GR at El Farid, with Smurf on local. There was no way you could prove who it was inside the GR, and i wouldnt put it past the Germans to make these things up and get away with it.

Plus, the clan had "links" to Chenoa, and we suspected that her boyfriend was in it (who, if i remember rightly, suddenly became a leading GM).

So basically, we're all fucked.
