Did the biotech epic and then continued streight away to kill black dragon, to raise my merc loyalty (for a new TSG for husk, the one husk got has no slots

Mercs have only 2 enemys, blackdragon and twiligh guardian, obviously I attacked black dragon npc's, however biotech is allied with black dragon, thus when I came below 0 loyalty with biotech I got sacked and lost my faction.
Now being factionless I cannot join any other faction cause all recruitment officers seem to think I am already in there faction and tell me to start a clan to help the faction further lol.

They made me a citymerc, but it seems withoud running the right scripts or something cause the npc's think I already did the epic, while I didn't and don't have an E at it eiter

They told me to try and switch factions 2 times....so I tried, gues what...I'm a merc and I can't change factions cause all factions still think I belong to them, only change is that my F6 window says otherwise.
grrrrrr.
