- New DLLs for the PE skin bug.

- Fixed Spy PA bonuses.
- Adjusted "Strange Book" drop. All mobs dropping rareparts now have a chance of dropping the book, the chance of getting it from a Cavebossmob is highest though.

- The faction counsellors change (belonging to their own faction) has been undone.
- The faster SL gain for SL below -32 has been undone.
- Fixed some armors giving higher resists than they should.

- Fixed some small object placement errors.
- Black Lilly no longer stands in a rotten box.
- Removed bugged trader in Plaza sector 4.
- Fixed the entrance to swampcave 4.

Well, i just ganked 9 Brutes and 3 Horrors and not a single rare, let alone any book. Bah. I must say, F_13 is HUGELY populated with baddies, so I'll see what I can come up with once the servers go back online.....again. (hotfix)

Heh well it didnt really Solve the Private Eye problem either,
It doubled the amount of PE in Plaza 1 and put a few of them on fire.

I don't get why they are releasing this patch, this is the exact same patch as test server had a week ( or 2 ) ago, and it created alot more problems with the PE thing than it solved....yet knowing alot of bugs where init and withoud testing new versions of there patches they just moved it to retail....

Something is off here....KK under large presure or something?

Forums always created (fake) presure, but KK never realy introduces patches withoud testing em atleast a few days on test server itself.

It almost sounds as if nobody on test server reported the PE bugs increase, which I doubt very much, everyone playing for 5 minutes could see the problems lol.

This looks more like they where confident it would fix it and released it cause of seme _new_ presure...
