level 2 buffs ? ( spy / melee ) or a blessed heal (slotted if pos) and a slotted / normal rezz (TL52) (slotted blessed def would be cool to tho )

just got 2 new implants and 3 spells set me down 90K :/ so back to just 20k again lol.. anyway in 9 more psi levels i can use yet again 3 new implants and level 2 buffs blessed heal and the rezz.. only gonna set me back millions if i have to buy them / get them slotted.. esp the rezz and blessed heal need some slots to be any good..
