[Edit]: I have made the sound pack unavailable upon viewing an official statement regarding any kinds of modifications and add-ons to the Neocron 2 client. Hopefully we will be able to customize our clients again sometime in the future.

make sure kk doesn't get a smell of this.. afaik any modding to nc2 is stricktly forbidden ( or else there would be a ton of new rpos's out already to )

modding atm is even a bannable offence afaik.. don't quote me on it. just warning you mate.

Yea make sure you get permission from KK if you haven't already, cos u can get in shit for it now.

Its listed in the Rules of Conduct in the launcher as well:

Technically.. this isn't a modification... it doesn't modify files within the game, it replaces them. In fact, as far as I know, the soundpack is made completely from non-NC sounds.

So as such, this is neither modifying their service or their intelectual property. Besides.... KK are bastards

If they have a problem with it, they can come directly to me and speak about it. If distributing my sound pack is forbidden, then I will gladly withdrawl it from public view. Otherwise, game on.

Please keep this forum rule in mind when posting your modifications

Just pointing this out as this is indeed, technically speaking, not a modification, nothing is modified, some files are placed and neocron's current system simply decides to use those sounds instead, in other words: Reakktor has made it possible to change the way the game reacts withoud modifying any files.
