My brother has returned to the game. As agreed with him I have given him his character back under the conditions he plays Julia as I have.

To wit..

1: No killing in hunt zones or newbie levelling spots unless attacked first.

2: No belt looting within Tech Haven. (He probably wont go into TH).

3: Once killed in an area that zone is out of bounds for one day (exception being op wars).

(OT: And here's me thinking that the original Julia Chambers really WAS a woman, since I remember her (well, him apparently) telling me so at some point a LONG time ago. )
