I've been looking at the crosshairs made for neocron (by mods mostly)
and I've come to say there all big, ugly, not making aim better at long distance and definatly not good for the roleplay feeling :s

anywayz, instead of complain I just build my own, tell me what ya think of it

install notes: copy the crosshair.bmp to: /neocron/gfx/rpos

uninstall notes: remove crosshair.bmp from /neocron/gfx/rpos

looks good from the screenie, will install it when i get hom and tell you what i think.
