- Updated server to retail patch #199 level.
- Gave the drug dealers in PP3, MB1 and TG fixed positions and changed Dagger in the OZ jail so he only sells illegal drugs. However, these dealers charge 5 times the normal price, to encourage P2P trade.
- Fixed a flaw in the loot algorithm responsible for the high drop rate of the strange books. (test this extensively!)
- Wiped the Strange Books. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Weaponpart 8, armorpart 8 etc are available at the shops now.

- Fixed ALT+TAB blackscreen issue.
- Fixed client not working anymore on older video cards (e.g. Voodoo3).
- Fixed missing emotes for some player classes & PAs.
- Fixed vehicle shots not visible for anyone except the gunner.
- Worked on "You've gained a little sympathy with ..." spam.
- Added code to detect and repair corrupt ini/player.ini files.
- Added code to detect corrupt ini/keys.ini files, uses ini/keys.def instead.
- Removed the PSI hybrid penalty (having a high APU skill reduced the effectiveness of PPU and vice-versa).


right... months of delay for doy, and then they fix every bug in a week? lolz... people on TS, go test your asses off, the sooner its tested completely, the sooner it hits retail.
Not sure I like this PSI hybrid penalty removal though...

that would mean hybrid monks are coming back big time again..brrrr

Is there a fast way to level the Char on TS?

I would love to test but don't have to time to level up

The hybrid nerf - it was 5% - not much, and I think it's balanced now.

To level up on Test server quickly :-

1. Goto Plaza 3 - and get cash from a NPC
2. Head to your nearest LOM seller
3. Buy the following LOM's to level up.
INT - Barter
PSI - ?
DEX - RC
CON - ?
STR - ?
4. If the LOM's are in test mode, you will get a INT/DEX/CON/STR level, if they give your SI, then it's not in test mode and you have to wait for the devs to switch the mode.
5. Distribute points.

thats about it yes, you can check if its in test mode in one particular post in the test server forum...

you cap a char in less than a half hour, adding imps is another thing though, finding pokers can be hard, but sometimes your lucky and the auto poker is on. (a guy with a script that keeps pressing the fire button )

- Fixed model errors when using the outfitter (TS only).
- Fixed animation errors, e.g. when switching weapons (TS only).
- Fixed display errors in the character selection screen. Characters that have been logged in between patch #204 and #205 were displayed incorrectly in the menu. Logging in and out those characters should fix the problem (TS only).
- Neocron.ini now also allows odd resolutions for the window mode and entries like "800*600" instead of "800x600". Use at your own risk!
- Spirit bullets remove shelter now instead of deflector.
- Outpost vendors no longer sell the high level drugs.
- Fixed Nema icons.
- Fixed Spy rifle PA.
