KK not giving proof to pantho and neo and claiming that the accounts are "related" to stelco makes me seriously think that thanatos went out of line, but off course they can't back out without losing face.

So untill Ressi can come up with those infamous screenshots i'm making the destruction of her clan, and ingame tradeskilling services priority one.
And i'm not the only one it seems.

Clan doy can considder their memebrs KOS to all fetish and probably most of clan love, and i don't think she can take in any new members without feeling paranoid for the next few months.

Who knows who made the call, we as players do not have the ability to call for a ban, kk determined it to be a case where a ban was required. In either case a company does what is legally required, face is a non issue. Point and fact would it not be better for them to say “We made a mistake and retract it to help community relations?” GMing isn't about your popularity, its about enforcing the rules and ensuring that players rights are not violated as it pertains to the ToC.

A personal vendetta is what got us here in the first place, do you really want to go down that road for something that is out of your control? I would think you of all people should know that keeping things in-game in a RP manner that is productive to the game and community is the best way to handle things. Seriously, I and other members like and respect you, but frankly defending this guy, well lowers my vision of you a bit... It's a hard thing to respect knowing the details as I know them.

What you and your allies do is of no concern to us, as I can't recall a time when your runners didn't attack at least my runners on sight. It's a shame you want to deprive yourself of resources, but thats your problem not ours... We will of course defend ourselves if attacked, but harbor no ill will to any members of the dome factions.

Again you should examine who the real responsibly lies with tbh... If you drive drunk slam into a tree and die, who do you blame, yourself or the tree?

the fact remains,stelco never logs onto either of our accounts,the ONLY time hes ever done anything on my char is to cst on my cster,any other time i am afk on my pe.i have the logs to prove that i did nothing out of character aswell,but thanatos refuses to warn or even reply to anything ive told him. your clan leader was even invited to our auction,as i had requested that we have some amount of neutrality strictly because i was sick of getting killed while lvling,then out of the blue this happens,where is the proof,if i did something worthy of banning then i understand,but i should not be banned because one person who happes to have access to my account did something bad on his,or said something wrong

I agree on this, But there are other things here -

I now of at least 2 over people who have not been banned, but have logged Stelco;s account, THIS WEEK - and he has acces to thers. Also his reason for banning my accoutn was that Abuse was sent from one of my chars - , i am currently trying to speak to him ,but he wont even speak to me.

Also i think its un-apropiate to Ban some1 Instantly without even a E-Mail, saying i was banned,

So - Current status is asking Thanatos to Send me some proof, or even tell me if there was any proof - , Then i will be completly happy. Here is a copy of the e-mail ive sent him again

From what i have been told - I was banned because of my ingame relationshop with XxXxXxX, He was abusing a charecter by the name of XxXxXx - (Now i agree the accusations are very serisous, ive been sent some of the transcripts and had no idea there verbal assaults was this serisous, According to the logs ive seen, it was 2 way abues, and was VERY serisous on both ends -)

But what i would like to now is - WAS any Abuse sent from MY Account - XxXxX - Becase this person - XxXxX had no acces to my account, and as such i would like to see any proof that abuse has been sent from my charecters.

Please Note - You may check your IP logs to see if XxXxX has logged my acc -

Also From what i have been told, i have been banned because im clanned with XxXxX, and have logged one of his charecters before - Well sir, there are others who have logged his charecters, but im guessing The Accusie didnt include them in your freindly letter saying "Please Ban these people, The bullies me aong with this guy ---".

So in short all i am after is

1, - Any Form of Reply Please -
2, - Any proof that i was involved/My account was used in these "violations of the Terms of Conduct"x
3, - Why i was Insta-banned without even a E-Mail or a Warning, this shows complite lack of Customer service -

Stelco cannot log my chars (He does not have th epass)
I can log his(I use his barter for clan deals)
I have not spoken directly with Accusie in along time, and i wish she would post on this thread, i to at least back me up, on the fact i dont abuse u, or should have been banned.
The only contact i had was inviting here clan to a Auction in TH- this satday, Because here clan was banned form or auctions after the last one, So the last contact i had was a very peaceful letter, that only was a invation to attend a Event -

So on a fully clean account, why should i be instabanned without even a contact mail, just because i can log onto XxXxX's Account?

The mailyou have quoted suggests pretty strongly that abuse was carried out on your acccount. Thats my reading of it anyway, although I'll agree it isnt entirely explicit about it.

I do think permaban for abuse for the first time on an account seems a little harsh, but then if some of what I hear about the things done in the Stelco/Ressi conflict are true then erk. I guess I could sorta see.

second i use to be a co-leader in Clan DoY until i couldnt take their fucking racism and discriminative remarks they kept sayin to me day after fucking day, and as far as the stelco/ressi issue im sure anything bad coming from what ressi did to him that you've heard about it is probably right, and ressi does call thanatos whenever she has a problem with ingame runners, and miraculously those runners get banned, warned, kicked, tempbanned whatever i know, cause i was there when she did stuff like that.
