Quick question about ammo mods

My first char was a HC Tank. I've got the epic speedy which is modded with explosive ammo. I've also seen Phospher and Uranium ammo in the shops.
When I look at details of ammo I can't tell if/what different types of damage they do.

Does explosive do more energy and something like phospher do more fire damage???

Also on CSs and other rare weps (in any class) what have peeps been modding with. I have a CS atm that is modded to do heat damage as well as normal.

On a slightly different topic, if anyone knows the best way to make a hybrid monk, i'm all ears. I suppose you start off APU with some PPU for basic heal??, lemmie know if you have tried a hybrid at all.

Explosive = force
Phosphor = fire
Uranium = Xray

I personally go for Xray, but ive seen alot of tanks with Nova (explosive/force) Cursed Souls

I have not tried a Hybrid but if you go to www.neocron.com/forum, and do a search for 'Hybrid' or 'Hybrid setups' im sure you will find a suitable setup
