Ok as some of you already saw yesterday i started a new buisness.. namely Techhaven Bank. its holding my 20 million atm. but i also want to supply a save place for YOUR cash.. i will be the only person. and nobody else would have any access to the cash. if you don't trust me thats your problem *grins* Not only will i keep your cash save. but also will give you interest. so in time your money will be worth more.

Me and my mate discussed the best way of giving that interst. first we had some system of giving more % interest after the money would be in the bank.. but that will be a huge thing to track. and people would be aible to get their cash out anytime they like.. ofcourse its easyer for them but a pain in the ass to track.. So we'v come up with the following system.

Put your cash in for:

1 month = 2% interest
2 months = 3%
3 = 4%
4= 5%
5 = 6 %

for now you can't put in your cash in longer then 5 months

so its like this. You put in 3.000.000 ( 3 mil ) for 2 months. so you get 3% interest out of it.

3.000.000 / 100 = 30.000 x 3 = 90.000 nc so in the end of the 2 months you got 3.090.000 nc

ofcourse the more cash you put in and for the longer time you will earn more cash.. Put 20 mil in for 5 months you will get 6% interest will get you 1.2 mil extra.. so in the end of the 5 months you won't have 20 mil but 21.2 mil

These ammounts aint real shocking but they do make you cash without working for it. and you'll know the cash is safe for the ammount of time you put it in. The cash will be locked for the time you put it in however. this to hold people to put it in and take it out the next day. lowest ammount of cash you can put in is 500.000 nc and you can only put it up with 500.000 at a time.. so like 1.5 mil 2 mil 2.5 mil etc... max ammount you can put in is 40.000.000. but you can't change the ammount you put in halfway. i hope its pretty clear now. if there are any questions feel free to pm me or dm me ingame.

for the ones wondering. no this aint a thing to make massive ammounts of cash. its just a roleplay thing and a way of keeping your money safe for everything and everybody. and you will make some cash while its safe.

remember i gotta make the cash for the interest myself i can't pull it clean out of the sky

if you dont want to put cash in for a fixed time you won't get interest cause after discussing it with a mate it would be a real pain to monitor everything etc.. fixed time meens i know right when the money is put in how much interest is gonna be there..

and with fixed time i know when i have to pay an xxx ammount to who.. maybe i'll put in a 2 weeks plan to but with just 1% interest or some.. but don't want stuff like people putting cash in and getting it out next day need a solid base to work on without problems..

edit. ok new interest plan:

2 weeks = 1%
1 month = 2 %
2 months = 3 %
3 months = 4 %
4 months = 6%
5 months = 8 %

How about being able to rent a "safe box" where we could give stuff to you, you could hold it and charge us when we take the stuff out? Would be cool, and I think (ooc) I could get a GM to get your TH Bank appt modded with High Security Safes set to Appt owner only?

also the question raises.. what prices i should fetch for the items then.. would have to make it pretty cheap maybe 1000 nc for a day or something.. aint to much imho might look into that..

also..

5 mil for 1 month would be 5.100.000 mil including interest.. so you would make 100k on it.. already said the ammounts aint shocking but still still free cash.. and the renting safe space might be a good idea to bring in cash.. if it hits the interest rates might even go up

ok.. also renting space out for item storage. 1.000 nc a day with a minimum or 1.000nc ( so 1.000 even for 6 hours )

prices are a cab. so you can put in in as much as you want as long it doesn't get more then 1 cabinet. after that u'll have to pay more.

true but who to trust with a loan recent events showed it aint that easy.. don't know how long i'll run the bank in the way its setup now.. gotta think some things trough.
