What happened to them, why did they split up? someone told me reefie went nuts.

Well, to make a long story short (this is what I heard) Reefie was tryin to become a dictator, most of the other members did not like this, so they formed Black Tech in TS. Then all the leaders of BT went to play horizons... and never came back

well.. being a former member of blue-tech at the time of the uphieval... i think it was a combination of a few things...

most of the original leading members were beta 2 and 3 vets (blue-tech is a beta3 clan) and are rpers who care for role play first.. ithy, reefie,warlock,lisa, McD and some members who left before i joined and never got to meet... are all very much into rp... (they are not anti-pvp or carebare, before that gets brought up, quite opposite actually)

i think just neocron and it's quirks (from a dev point of view and a big lack of role play in general from the community, if you can call certain elements who play this game 'community').... just took it's toll on them.. it erupted in in-clan fighting and disagreements... personalities clashed as different ways to deal with issues were brought up...

we tried a few different things... but it just delayed the inevitable...

ppl who played this game for over 2 years, didn't get what they wanted out of the game anymore and moved on... as we all will eventually...

i just think NC lost somethin good with Blue-Tech/Black-Tech... and we should leave it at that... speculation and finger pointing is not needed or warranted...
