btw.. that cs was made already by android some time ago.. but it had 1 slot free.. husk just put a ultima in now hence the ub3r stats..

exactly, the one that brammers build is full 120% ultima aswell, but it only had 2 slots, hence it had better build stats

this one was build by android when it was an alt of Psi droid, who was leaving this game but instead now is playing again but has moved to TG and is in FF.
Android used a shabby 22% TL150 construct tool, I found that out yesterday and had wraith get me a 75% TL150 tool instead.
She also created a 2 slotted moonstriker and a 3 slotted doom beamer with this shabby tool =)

Android is now my new alt, donated to me by Miss psi droid when she was leaving this game...which in the end she did not but I could keep it anyway (maybe for the reason that I already paid for the next 3 months of that char )
