Dont deal with them via e-mail. Phone them and sound angry, they sort things pronto. Also make clear as soon as they answer the phone that you're a Neocron customer.
And yes I never mail them I call them. Maybe u should ask for a supervisor.
U could ask for Ulrike, Janine or Claudia. Claudia is the best to deal with and gets things done. Also there is nice Mr Broadbend, who is very helpful.

Click2Pay and NC2 Support both are great.. but 2 weeks just doesn't cut it. If I wasn't actually trying hard to get back into NC2, i'd have given up long ago and given the money to WoW.
lol give me a few and I should be back up and running again... I got the new client I just need to get the money in my bank and then the card to send it to the people who will transfer my character and reinstate my account... sounds like I'll have to talk to Claudia ASAP when I am ready for it lol
