Leroy's bar, has been the watering hole, for disgruntled and stressed Fallen Angels in current day. Where our inventors, researchers and security forces can blow off some steam and swap banter.

Mgilicutty the barkeep keeps the place under control to the best of his abilities while Leroy is attending to other matters. Though he has no grasp of the conversations the Angels have about Science and Technology, Magilicutty is patient and will happily serve you.
